User Agreement
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. About this agreement
This User Agreement governs your access to and use of Ticket Marketplace, including browsing events, creating an account, buying or selling tickets, making payments, receiving tickets, and using related support services.
By using the service, creating an account, listing a ticket or placing an order, you agree to this User Agreement and the policies linked from it.
2. Marketplace role
Ticket Marketplace operates an online ticket marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ticket Marketplace is not the event organiser, venue operator or original ticket issuer.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listing information, their authority to sell, and delivery of valid tickets in accordance with the listing and order requirements.
3. Accounts and Google Sign-In
You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. You may sign in using an email and password or, where available, Google Sign-In.
When Google Sign-In is used, we request only the basic identity scopes needed to sign you in: OpenID, email address and basic profile information. Your Google password is never provided to Ticket Marketplace.
4. Buying tickets
Before payment, you are responsible for checking the event, date, venue, ticket quantity, section or seat information, delivery method, ticket price, fees and total charge shown at checkout.
An order is not complete until the payment is successfully verified. Tickets may be reserved for a limited checkout period and can be released if payment is not completed in time.
5. Prices, fees and payments
Applicable ticket prices and buyer fees are shown before you place an order. The marketplace settlement currency may be SGD. Where your bank account is denominated in another currency, your bank or payment provider may perform currency conversion using its own exchange rate and may apply additional charges.
Payments may be processed by independent payment providers and financial institutions. Their separate terms may apply to the payment transaction.
6. Selling and ticket delivery
Sellers must provide genuine, usable tickets and must deliver them by the method and deadline shown for the order. Sellers may not list tickets they do not have the right or ability to deliver.
Seller payouts may be held until the applicable delivery or order conditions are satisfied and may be adjusted where a transaction is cancelled, refunded, disputed or otherwise fails to meet marketplace requirements.
7. Cancellations, refunds and order issues
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order status, event circumstances, ticket delivery status, marketplace guarantee rules and applicable law. If an event is cancelled, postponed, materially changed, or a ticket cannot be delivered as agreed, we may provide instructions or remedies appropriate to the circumstances.
Contact support promptly if there is a problem with your order.
8. Prohibited activity
You must not use the service for fraud, money laundering, unauthorised payment activity, sale of counterfeit or invalid tickets, abuse of other users, automated attacks, scraping that disrupts the service, or any activity that violates applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or close accounts, listings or transactions where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance or protection of users and the marketplace.
10. Liability and service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party services, payment networks, venues or event organisers will always operate without interruption. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements or marketplace features change. The current version and update date will be published on this page.
