Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Ticket Marketplace collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit the website, create an account, use Google Sign-In, buy or sell tickets, make a payment, contact support or otherwise use the service.

Ticket Marketplace is operated for this service by Keystones Engineering SDN. BHD. in Malaysia. Privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, country or region, account status, order and listing information, ticket delivery information, payment references, support communications, device and browser information, IP address, security logs, session data and cookie identifiers.

We do not receive your Google password. When you choose Google Sign-In, Google may provide your verified email address and basic profile information such as your name, subject to your Google account settings and consent.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, process and verify orders, facilitate ticket delivery and seller payouts, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain audit and security records, improve the service, communicate important service messages, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Google user data and Google Sign-In

Google Sign-In is optional. If you choose to sign in with Google, Ticket Marketplace requests only the OpenID, email and basic profile scopes needed to authenticate you.

Data accessed: Google may provide a Google account identifier, your verified email address and basic profile information such as your name. We do not receive or store your Google password.

How we use it: We use this Google user data only to verify your identity, match you to an existing Ticket Marketplace account or create a new marketplace account, maintain your signed-in session and protect the account from abuse.

How we store it: We may store the email address and name associated with your marketplace account. OAuth access tokens obtained during sign-in are used only to complete the authentication flow and are not intentionally stored as long-term account credentials.

How we share it: We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties. It may be processed only by service providers acting for us where reasonably necessary to operate or secure the service, or disclosed where required by law.

Deletion and revocation: You may request deletion of your marketplace account and associated personal information through our Data Deletion page. You may also revoke Viagogoo's Google access through your Google Account settings.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Payment information

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers, banks or payment networks. Ticket Marketplace may store transaction identifiers, payment status, currency, amount and reconciliation information needed to manage an order. We do not require your online-banking password or banking login credentials.

6. When we share information

We may share the minimum information reasonably necessary with payment providers, banks, hosting and infrastructure providers, email providers, analytics or security providers, professional advisers, buyers or sellers involved in a transaction, and government or regulatory authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, checkout continuity, preferences and service operation. Additional analytics cookies may be used where permitted. See our Cookie Notice for more information.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account operation, transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax or accounting requirements, security and other legal obligations.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted network connections, authentication controls, logging and restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also opt out of optional marketing communications.

To request deletion, see Data Deletion.

12. Children

The service is not intended for children who are not legally able to enter into ticket transactions or use the service under applicable law without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
