Request deletion of your account data

If you want to delete your Ticket Marketplace account or personal information associated with email/password or Google Sign-In, send a request from your registered email address to [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting on the request. Once verified, we will delete or anonymise personal information that is no longer required for the service.

Certain records may need to be retained where required for completed transactions, accounting, taxation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, regulatory or other legal obligations. Retained records will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.

If your Google account was used only as a sign-in method, deleting your Ticket Marketplace account does not delete your Google account. You can separately review or revoke Google account access from your Google Account security settings.
